Wandering Clover Fed Beef sources all its beef from cattle raised on our family farm in Wandering. After the meat is processed, it is MSA graded and packed, then transported to our coolrooms where it’s allowed to age prior to sale. Our beef enterprise is accredited with the Pasturefed Cattle Assurance System (PCAS) which guarantees that our cattle are pasturefed, free from hormonal growth promotants and antibiotics. Our beef is available as fresh for up to 10 weeks from packing date, and we allocate a percentage to be frozen which provides a limited year-round supply until the next season.
